Ms Nuria did a fine job from the start to the finish. It started with a professional cleaning of the house followed by a professional layout of the house for pictures. The photographer came in next and took a great set of pics to show in the listing. Ms Nuria not only listed the house in the MLS, she used social media, papers, mailing cards, open houses and other colleagues (real estate agents) to market the house. For a housing market where there was more inventory than buyers, we had a steady stream of potential buyers come in and out of the house for the period of time it was on the market. For some reason, the potential buyers did not seem interested in our house. To make a long story short, Ms Nuria did a little market analysis on the neighborhood and found out that houses that sold in our neighborhood had the master bedroom downstairs and were "move in ready". Meaning, painted neutral colors and new flooring. Our house had a master bedroom upstairs so there was not much we could do about that. We already had the new flooring, so that box was checked. When it came to paint, potential buyers did not like the color scheme of our house. So we got the house painted a nice neutral color and within a week, the house sold. You ask me if I had to sell another house in the DFW area would I use Nuria Putnam? The answer would be a big YES. We were very pleased with the attention, service and just friendly demeanor Ms Nuria gave us during our out of state move.
